Tuesdays session will generally be longer distance runs. The sessions will be structured as follows:
On the ocassions there are 5 Tuesdays in a month the 5th Tuesday of the month session will be confirmed closer to the date.
During the spring/summer season, our training incorporates shorter distance reps. We use Foxes wood on a Thursday evening to take part in a variety of rep based training.
Foxes wood provides our athletes with excellent preparation for a variety of events, with various distance reps and hill training.
